SUBSTANCE: the radio wave instrument for measuring vibrations and displacements has an amplifier of electrical signals 1, an attenuator 2, a radiating coil 3, a receiving coil 4, a ferrite barrel 5, a phase inverter 6, the first detector 7, the first recorder 8, the second detector 10 and the second recorder 11, a signals processing block 12, a time indicator of attaining an emergency level of vibration 13 and an indicator of emergency level of vibration 14.
EFFECT: expands the field of application.
