SUBSTANCE: device determines the time interval predicted required for reaching the dangerous level of vibration on the basis of the assessments of the dynamics of the change of the current values of vibration by recording the moments when the vibration level exceeds two specified values, determines the time interval characterizing the rate of change of the vibration amplitude from these data, and measures its values and predicts the time interval required for reaching the third specified value of vibration corresponding to the emergency situation. The value of the warning vibration level is half of the level of the corresponding emergency situation.
