FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves treating eyelid edges having eyelashes with blepharolotion for 15-20 min. Then it is washed out with water and 2 drops of blepharogel-2 is applied to each eyelid edge having eyelashes. Then it is rubbed in and left for 5 min. It is washed out with water and 1 drop is given for the second time to the same place and left for 12 h. The procedure is repeated. The treatment is carried out every day in 2-3 month long treatment course. Demodex being found for the second time, the treatment is repeated in 2 weeks long treatment course.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in cleaning hair follicles from ticks; normalized meibomian glands functioning with lacrimal film being repaired.
