FIELD: processes for crushing and grinding of solid crystalline materials using auxiliary physical effects.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminarily disintegrating solid materials into individual lumps and exposing to pulsed electromagnetic field, followed by final mechanical grinding process. Preliminary disintegration of solid material is carried out in destructible massif by exploding one or more explosive charges and simultaneously exposing to pulsed electromagnetic field. Pulsed electromagnetic field is created by means of at least one magnetic dipole formed by conductive introduction of energy, or by means of closed contour connected to pulsed current sources and made from current-conductive material, to enclose massif of material to be disintegrated, or formed by exploding of hose-type explosive charge containing high-ionizing admixtures, with shape of charge corresponding to shape of closed contour.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in destructing and reduced power consumption for dispersion of solid materials.
