FIELD: mining industry, methods for blast destruction of rock mass, process of crushing and breakage, applicable for preliminary weakening of the mass at drilling of blast holes, controlled crushing and breakage of rocks by a blast of explosive charges, in geophysics at geophysical explorations for obtaining the preset level of action on the rock mass, as well as in other branch of engineering, where the control of the degree of mechanical action on the rock masses is required so as to obtain the preset degree of their dispersion.
SUBSTANCE: preliminary disintegration of a hard material is performed by a blast of one or several explosive charges, and an impulse electromagnetic field is produced at least by one magnetic dipole formed by a conductive input of energy or by a closed circuit, the repeated treatment of the rock mass is effected by impulses of an electromagnetic field formed by the current of one or several dipoles the input of energy is performed the a conductive or inductive method. The moment of device operation for initiation in each explosive charge is provided by a microprocessor built in the respective means of initiation and responding to the impulse of the electromagnetic field in the process of the repeated treatment, and the final operation is provided the same microprocessor by signals of the respective transducers: acoustic, piezoelectric or of some other type.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of destruction and degree of control (of dispersion) of the rack masses at their blast ore concentration, enhanced indices of ore concentration.
