FIELD: apparatuses used in processes for asymmetrical die rolling.
SUBSTANCE: rolling process is realized by means of rolls rotating at counter-phase torsion oscillations. Amplitude of torsion oscillations is set in range consisting 0.17 -1.0 of metal biting angle between rolls while stimulating in plastically deformed structure of metal effect of stability loss of lengthwise compressed vertical fibers by means of torsion oscillations of working rolls and intensifying cyclic shear deformations of metal layers in deformation region. Method is realized at using kinematics circuit of roll drive through pneumatic joining links practically at cyclic process of energy conversion from redistributing rolling torque to torsion oscillations and vice versa.
EFFECT: improved process of asymmetrical die rolling.
