FIELD: metallurgy, namely metal continuous casting and further deforming to shaped blank with predetermined cross section.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes: built-up mold with opening in its upper part and paired lateral and horizontal working walls. Each of lateral working walls of mold has portions inclined relative to horizontal axis and it is mounted on two drive eccentric parallel vertical shafts. Each working horizontal wall is mounted on one of said shafts with possibility of reciprocation motion with phase shift towards pair of lateral working walls. Lateral surfaces of vertical walls of mod in squeezing and calibrating zones are provided with wedge shaped lengthwise turnings.
EFFECT: improved quality of metal products due to removing burrs in zone of calibrating deformation region.
