FIELD: mechanical engineering; railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in railway automatic control devices, namely, in switches, lifting gates, etc and in automatic lines and robotized complexes of different industries for periodical displacement of output links. Proposed magnetospring drive contains output link installed in guides on base, elastic element supports, elastic element installed between one of supports and output link, output link extreme position locks, and control system. Drive contains also mechanism for periodical accumulation of energy in elastic element including toothed rack connected with supports of elastic element and two pairs of ratchet mechanisms secured on base. Input link in one mechanism of each pair is installed for rotation. Input link of pair of other ratchet mechanism is stationary secured. Output links of mechanisms of each pair are rigidly interconnected, gear wheels are installed on them for rotation and engagement with rack, and couplings are secured for periodical connection of output links of ratchet mechanisms with gear wheels. Sense of fee travel of ratchet mechanisms of different pairs is relatively opposite. Energy accumulating mechanism has electromagnet secured on housing, to armature of which slider is connected being hinge coupled with two expansion links hinge-coupled with rotating input links of ratchet mechanisms.
EFFECT: improved reliability of drive.
