FIELD: integral optics; methods of treatment of glass; improved quality of image of multi-media projectors; obtaining 3-d images in 3-d stereoscopic displays.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in application of continuous aluminum coat on one side of glass substrate and application of aluminum masking layer on other side of glass substrate; masking layer has round holes located in square-cluster pattern at distance equal to 3-5 diameters of holes. Electrically stimulated migration of ions of metal from melt of salts, silver nitrite for example, into glass substrate is continued to complete connection of micro-lens boundaries.
EFFECT: maintenance of sphericity of micro-lenses for effective focusing of light falling on matrix.
