FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: substrate of integrated optical radiation divider is provided with channel waveguide with rounded area on end face. Along its optical axis there are number of integrated optical microlenses. This arrangement of integrated optical microlenses enables to divide optical radiation and extract it to substrate surface.
EFFECT: provided reliable and convenient mount of radiation detectors.
