FIELD: construction tools, particularly devices for leveling horizontal or vertical surfaces in surface plastering, floor leveling and so on.

SUBSTANCE: leveling guide strip forming tool comprises laser horizontality and/or verticality indicator, which forms alternating or concurrent vertical or horizontal light lines to determine working surface horizontality and/or verticality deviation. Tool also has strip and holder. Said strip is made as screening board including central plate and two flanges fixedly connected with corresponding longitudinal central plate edges to create profile close to T-shaped one from each screening board side. The first flange has working side facing opposite to central plate. The second flange may cooperate with holder. Holder comprises two supports and central convex section, which connects holder supports and adapted for holder retaining. The supports are used to install holder on the second screening board flange. Each support has side projections enclosing the second flange from the side of longitudinal side surfaces thereof and used as screening board guiding means. Rulers with measuring scales are installed on the holder and are arranged at predetermined intervals along holder length. The scales are directed opposite to projections. Holder has at least two clamping members to retain the holder with respect to screening board. Screening board is installed in the holder so that working surface of the first flange facing surface to be plastered is directed to project light line of laser indicator onto rulers of holder connected to screening board, through selected scale divisions. Clamping member may be made as screw installed in through orifice of support. The first flange is V-shaped.

EFFECT: simplified tool structure, extended functional capabilities and, as a result, increased operational convenience and decreased labor inputs for plastering works performing.
