SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, mobile end device contains a module, which is preferably set as additional, which intercepts speech information subject to transmission before it is transmitted by connection-oriented method, to segment it onto packets, which are then transmitted by packet transmission oriented method.
EFFECT: realized transmission of speech information in transparent form by packet method.
