SUBSTANCE: tool can be used for putting seams on and for pulling key loop tight when doing endoscopic operation. Tool for pulling key loop tight has elongated case with working end for interaction with ligature loop, with side slot to make ligature go out and with movable rod disposed in case. Rod has working end for keeping ligature in shape of hook and handle. Handle is tightly connected with rod. Case has slot for moving handle; plug for resting thumb and working edge. Working edge is made in form of bent-over part. Bent-over part cut in the middle for letting ligature thread come in. Side slot for making ligature out is made in form of recess. Hook is capable of interaction with working edge; hook is made for grip of small loop and for pull key loop tight.
EFFECT: simplified design; comfort at use; improved efficiency of operation; reduced discharge of ligature.
