FIELD: surgery, applicable both in traditional and endosurgical operations for execution of dissection and occlusion of tissues and organs by their ligation by surgical threads, which makes it especially applicable in the conditions that hamper the use of electrocoagulation. SUBSTANCE: the device has a body with distal and proximal ends, control organs on the proximal end of the instrument and a thread driver. The thread driver is provided with fixing arms of threads and cutting members for intersection of the tissue, and can axially move between the pinched sections carry out the threads behind the distal end of body. The catches of the nodes are positioned on the outer surface of the device for gripping and pressing of the tissue. The catches of the nodes can deliver the loop nodes to the points of tightening of ligatures and are provided with cutting edges for cutting the free ends of the ligatures. EFFECT: solved problem of dissection and occlusion of tissues/organs by ligatures, type Reder, Melze and others, enhanced reliability and safety of occlusion, excluding electric traumas and accelerating the execution of operations at which the use of electro-coagulation is undesirable or impossible. 5 cl, 26 dwg
