FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: the innovation in question deals with treating purulent-necrotic wounds due to adding 100 ml physiological solution into 25 ml xenosplenic homogenate to be mixed, decanted and centrifuged at 1500 rotations. Then it is important to mix the obtained supernatant liquid and 3 ml 100%-dimexid to apply the obtained curative mixture onto a filter cloth at 1 ml mixture/sq. cm wound surface area followed by fulfilling applications of a gauze filter cloth impregnated with the above-mentioned curative mixture onto a wound's purulent-necrotic surface once daily. The innovation enables to improve preparation's permeability into tissues and accelerates wound healing.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
