FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out surgical intervention in three stages. Pyo-necrotic lesion focus is opened, treated and drained through wide incision all over the whole injured zone length and depth under conductor anesthesia, peridural anesthesia or short time intravenous narcosis during the first day at the first stage. 1-2 days later, radical pyo-necrotic lesion focus treatment is carried out at the second stage. The postoperative wound is maintained in open mode under bandage by applying water-soluble iodine-containing ointments until complete wound cleansing and thick granulation phenomena take place. The wound is closed by applying plastic operation at the third stage.
EFFECT: reduced risk of further pyo-necrotic process spreading.
