FIELD: tools for assembling and disassembling threaded joints.

SUBSTANCE: impact wrench includes housing where motor is arranged; drive shaft of impact mechanism rigidly joined with outlet shaft of motor; spindle-anvil with working cams; striker with cams mounted in drive shaft of impact mechanism. In order to achieve higher torque, impact wrench is provided with electromagnet mounted in drive shaft of impact mechanism with possibility of engaging with striker; and pulse generator connected to all outlets of electromagnet.

EFFECT: increased torque of impact wrench.
