FIELD: agriculture, in particular, processes for producing of micro fertilizers for feeding of farm crops, including metal processing and metal production wastes.
SUBSTANCE: method involves separately feeding preliminarily prepared solution of used ferrous metals sulfuric etching solutions and electrolytes of galvanic production (1:1) for processing of ground metallurgical slag (S:L=1:6-1:8, heating to temperature of 130-170 C during 1.0-1.5 h) and for processing of ground rock phosphate ore (S:L=1:7-1:10, heating to temperature of 95-115 C during 0.75-1.25 h) while continuously mixing until homogeneous mass is produced; mixing homogeneous mass of slag of protein-vitamin production waste and used etching solution of natural bischofite mineral (MgCl2●6H2O) at the ratio of S:L=1:6-1:8, temperature of 80-90 C during 1-2 h; mixing resultant mixture of bischofite with mineral sludge of protein-vitamin concentrate production with homogeneous masses in the ratio of 1:1:1 during 1 h at temperature of 45-70 C until pasty mass is produced; granulating pasty mixture; additionally drying and packing granules in bags. Apparatus has cyclone chamber, branch pipes for tangential introduction of components and discharge of ready product and overheated steam, and additional cyclone chambers. First chamber is hydraulically communicated with reservoirs for used etching solution and electrolyte of galvanic production for producing equilibrium solution. Second chamber is hydraulically communicated with first chamber and is kinematically connected with mill for milling of metallurgical wastes in the form of slag into 0.1-0.5 mm sized fractions. Third chamber is hydraulically communicated with first chamber and kinematically connected with mill for milling of rock phosphate ore into flour having 0.3-1.2 mm sized fraction. Forth chamber is hydraulically communicated with reservoir for bischofite brine and kinematically connected with store for mineral sludge of protein-vitamin concentrate wastes having sizes not in the excess of 0.2. Fifth chamber is hydraulically communicated with second, third and forth chambers, and has dosing pump for dosed dispensing of pasty mixture into granulator. Each of said chambers is hydraulically communicated with source of overheated steam or hot water and has screw mixer having dosing device. Apparatus allows complex fertilizer with macro (N, P, K) and microelements to be produced.
EFFECT: stable growing of farm crops, increased yield and effective utilization of industrial wastes and production of full-value complex fertilizer.
