FIELD: agriculture, in particular, processes for producing of complex fertilizers with microelements from wastes of protein-vitamin concentrate production, wastes of rock phosphate ore production and metallurgical slag production, used etching solutions of sulfuric etching of ferrous metals and used electrolytes of galvanic production.
SUBSTANCE: method involves separately feeding preliminarily prepared solution of used etching solutions and electrolytes of galvanic production (1:1) for processing of ground metallurgical slag (S:L=1:6, at temperature of 120-160 C during 0.75-1.25 h) and ground rock phosphate ore (S:L=1:7, at temperature of 105-125 C during 30-45 min) while continuously mixing until homogeneous mass is produced; mixing resultant homogeneous mass of metallurgical slag and waste etching solutions and electrolytes and pulp of rock phosphate ore with used etching solutions and electrolytes with wastes of protein-vitamin concentrate production (1:1:1, at temperature of 45-70 C during 1 h) until pasty mixture is produced; granulating resultant mixture; finally drying and feeding for package. Apparatus has cyclone chamber, branch pipes for tangential introducing of components and discharge of ready product and overheated steam, and cyclone chambers, granulator, and drum drier. First cyclone chamber is hydraulically communicated with reservoirs for waste etching solutions and electrolytes of galvanic production for producing of equilibrium solution. Second cyclone chamber is hydraulically communicated with first cyclone chamber and kinematically connected with mill for milling of metallurgical production wastes in the form of slag into 0.5 mm sized fractions. Third cyclone chamber is hydraulically communicated with first chamber and is kinematically communicated with mill for milling of rock phosphate ore into flour having 0.3-1.2 mm sized fractions. Forth cyclone chamber is hydraulically communicated with second and third cyclone chambers and is kinematically connected with standby reservoir for protein-vitamin concentrate wastes and is provided with plated dosing pump for dosed dispensing of pasty mixture into granulator and drum drier. Each of cyclone chambers is hydraulically communicated with boiling unit for feeding of overheated steam or hot water and is provided with screw-type mixer.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in utilizing of industrial wastes and producing of full-value complex fertilizer saturated with microelements necessary for plants, and reduced consumption of power.
