FIELD: protection and decorative painting of metal surfaces working at high temperatures under action of aggressive medium.
SUBSTANCE: proposed compound contains the following components, mass-%: polyphenyl siloxane resin, 25.0-35.0; butyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid copolymer, 4.0-8.0; heat-resisting pigment, 10.0-30.0; filler, 3.0-7.0; rheological additive, 0.5-4.0; synthetic zeolite having structure of alumosilicate complex with alkaline metals used as adsorbent, 1.0-10.0; the remainder being solvent. This coat withstands alternate action of temperature of 500°C and water; service life of this coat is no less than 18 months.
EFFECT: enhanced impact strength; enhanced adhesion and resistance to water, oil and gasoline.
