SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the composition of white iron and manufacturing the details of furnaces, heat aggregates and turbines. The cast iron in question contains the components in the following ratio, weight%: carbon 2.2-2.8; silicon 0.6-0.8; manganese 0.8-1.2; chromium 14.0-16.0; molybdenum 5.0-6.0; aluminum 0.5-1.0; nickel 2.0-3.0; hafnium 1.0-1.5; copper 1.0-2.0; titanium 0.5-1.0; iron - the rest. The innovation provides increased thermal shock resistance and resistance of cracks of the cast iron.
EFFECT: increased thermal shock resistance and resistance of cracks.
