FIELD: ferrous metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cast iron compositions. Proposed cast iron comprises components taken in the following ratio, wt.-%: carbon, 3.0-3.5; silicon, 0.5-1.0; manganese, 2.5-3.0; aluminum, 0.3-0.5; chrome, 0.3-0.5; nickel, 0.5-1.0; vanadium, 0.15-0.3; titanium, 0.15-0.3; molybdenum, 0.3-0.8, and iron, the balance. Using the invention provides enhancing thermal stability of cast iron.
EFFECT: improved and valuable property of cast iron.
