SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with manufacturing the details of sand and mud pumps, mills and crushers. The alloy in question contains the components in the following ratio, weight%: carbon 0.3-0.5; silicon 0.3-0.5; manganese 6.0-8.0; copper 0.8-1.2; cobalt 2.0-4.0; niobium 0.3-0.5; zirconium 0.3-0.5; boron 2.0-3.0; calcium 0.01-0.02; iron - the rest. The innovation provides increased abrasion resistance of the alloy.
EFFECT: increased abrasion resistance.
