FIELD: heating engineering, particularly automatic heating system control.

SUBSTANCE: heating system comprises hot pipe and return pipe, air discharge pipe, water drainage pipe and heating unit system including a number of hydraulically communicated heating units. Each of hot and return pipes is provided with one electric valve and water flow sensor. Air discharge pipe has electric valve. Vessel is installed under discharge pipe so that lower vessel part is communicated with heating system through electric valve and electric pump.

EFFECT: increased reliability and economical efficiency of water heating systems due to system seal failure indication and, if necessary, emergency water discharge from the system.
