WATER HEATING SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC F24D10/00 F24D3/02

Abstract RU 2769602 C1

FIELD: heat engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat engineering and can be used in heating system control automation. The water heating system consists of a supply (hot) (1) and the return (cooled) (2) pipes of the heating network and connected to them through three-way water electric valves (3) and (4), respectively, the supply (5) and return (6) risers with heating devices (7), hydraulically connected to each other, an automatic air vent (8) located in the upper parts of the supply riser (5), electric pump (9), water drain pipe (10), electronic control unit (11) with depressurization sensors (12) in the form of water detection sensors and a sounder (13). The electronic control unit (11) with the depressurization sensors (12) is connected by means of lines (14). To control the three-way electric valves (3) and (4), the electric pump (9) and the sounder (13), respectively, the control lines (15), (16) and (17) depart from the electronic control unit (11). The inputs of the three-way electric valves (3) and (4) are connected, respectively, to the supply (1) and return (2) pipes of the heating network. The first outputs of the three-way electric valves (3) and (4) are connected, respectively, to the supply (1) and return (2) pipes, and the second outputs of the three-way electric valves (3) and (4) are connected by pipes to each other and to the input of the electric pump (9), whose outlet through the drain pipe (10) is connected to the sewer pipeline. It is additionally equipped with a compressed air cylinder (17), which is connected in series through a high-pressure gas shut-off electric valve (18), an air reducer (19) and a gas shut-off electric valve (20) by a pipeline to at least one supply riser (5) above the installation level of a three-way water electric valve (3) of the supply pipe (1) heating networks, while at least one supply riser (5) has a gas shut-off electric valve (21) installed in front of its automatic air vent, and the electronic control unit (11) is additionally connected by control lines (22) with a high-pressure gas shut-off electric valve (18) and shut-off gas electric valves (20) and (21) installed respectively after the gas reducer (19) and before the automatic air vent (8). As the drive of all electric valves (18), (19), (21), as well as three-way (3) and (4) electric fans, electric motors can be used.

EFFECT: increase in reliability by more fully guaranteed emptying of risers and heating devices from water during their depressurization.
