FIELD: the invention refers to measuring technique.

SUBSTANCE: the arrangement has a sinusoid former, a transformer angular sensor of an angle, a differential amplifier, an analog-digital converter, a data register, a control and synchronization block and a sorting-storing arrangement. The output of the sinusoid former is connected with the input of the transformer angular sensor. The output of the sensor is connected with the input of the differential amplifier. The output of the analog-digital converter is connected with the input of the data register. The output of the sorting-storing arrangement is connected with the first analog-digital converter. The first input of the sorting-storing arrangement is connected with the output of the differential amplifier, the second input is connected with the first output of the control and synchronization block. The second output of the control block is connected with the second input of the analog-digital converter. The third output of the control block is connected with the input of the sinusoid former, and the input is connected with the output of a generator.

EFFECT: increases accuracy of converting, reliability and coefficient of efficiency of the arrangement.
