Device comprises sinusoid shaper, transformer angle detector, differential amplifier, device of selection-storage, unit of control and synchronisation, analog-digital converter, data register, generator, metering resistor and circuit of temperature compensation. Outlet of temperature compensation circuit is connected to the third inlet of selection-storage device, and inlet is connected to the second inlet of transformer angle detector and with metering resistor.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of measurement.
