FIELD: measuring equipment engineering, possible use in aviation, space engineering and other branches of tool-making industry.
SUBSTANCE: to achieve the effect, "n" levels are set, distributed evenly in working range of sensor amplitude-wise, with consideration of working range of sensor frequency-wise. Measured values are compared to given level values. In case of coincidence of values of measured signal and corresponding level, mark-code is formed, which signifies that parameter achieved that level. Then parameter change information is transferred across given levels. Simultaneously, control levels are set, which include threshold level, within limits of which information is not analyzed, preventive and limit levels. Each measured signal after comparison to given "n" levels is analyzed for match with type of process and slowly changing processes are registered by serially arriving mark-codes.
EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities.
