SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to transmission of telemetric information. System for collection and transmission of telemetric information consists of a subsystem for collecting messages from onboard local switches of analogue sensors of slowly varying parameters, a subsystem for forming a transport frame, a transporting frame transmitting device to the Earth, wherein the subsystem for collecting messages from onboard local switches of analogue sensors of slowly varying parameters comprises, in series, a first data processing unit in accordance with a mathematical model based on the use of an adaptive difference algorithm, and a second data processing unit in accordance with a mathematical model based on the use of a thinning algorithm, with formation of data packets and a ready for issuing a packet for each sensor, and the transport frame formation subsystem which determines the information content reserve in the frame based on the ready for delivery of packets, enables to process data in accordance with a mathematical model based on using an information redistribution algorithm with arrangement in the frame of additional packets from sensors with increased dynamics due to sensors with low dynamics.

EFFECT: increasing information flow from sensors with increased dynamics.
