SUBSTANCE: device contains block for storing measurement results, control block, clock impulse generator, arithmetic adding device, block for storing estimate of useful component, k channels, each one of which consists of two commutators, two approximation blocks, two blocks for storing estimate, additional division block, block for removing tear points and block for storing estimate of useful component, block for division onto intervals, consisting of random numbers generator, block for removing connected values, ranking block and register for storing a selection of random numbers.

EFFECT: reduced error of estimation of useful signal function with usage of estimate multiplication method.
