SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vertical column mounted on tractor framework, and carriage positioned for vertical movement on column. Replaceable working tool is fixed on carriage by means of leverage system, frame and vertical bar. Leverage system has two levers equal in length. Leverage system pivot joint pins are arranged at different levels within bar and on frame. Depending on replaceable working tool to be mounted, levers may form rigid three-link device or parallelogram.
