SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing canned first-course dishes for cosmic nutrition due to preparing the recipe components, cutting, frying in melted butter and reducing carrots, parsley root, onions and meadow mushrooms upon a chopper; freezing and reducing the greens and fresh grains of green peas upon a chopper; reducing hen viscera upon a chopper; frying wheat flour in melted butter. The above-mentioned components should be mixed with cream, bone broth, common salt and CO2-extracts of Pythium or Mortierella micromycete biomass, hot black pepper and laurel leaf. The mixture obtained should be packed into aluminum tubes at a certain expenditure of the components. This enables to manufacture new canned food for cosmic nutrition being of increased digestibility.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
