SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing biologically active component used as a component of hair shampoos and balsam-rinsers and substituting water. Biologically active component represents a concentrated decoction of medicinal herbs comprising hot nettle (Urtica urens L.), matricary (Chamomilla officinalis L.), common milfoil (Achillea millefolium L.), Saint-John's-wort fenestrate (Hypericum perforatum L.), celandine poppy (Chelidonium maius L.) taken in the ratio = 1.0:1.0:2.0:2.0:2.0, respectively. The content of extractive substances is 4.0%, not less. Biologically active component simplifies a method for preparing shampoos and balsam-rinsers, improved their quality, decreases technical-economy indices and promotes strengthening and nutrition of hair.
EFFECT: valuable cosmetic properties of decoction.
