METHOD OF AND DEVICE FOR DECODING OF SIGNALS OF AUTOMATIC CAB SIGNALING Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC B61L25/06

Abstract RU 2314223 C2

FIELD: railway transport; railway signaling and communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in automatic cab signaling systems. According to proposed invention, amplitude spectrum of received signal is calculated using discrete Fourier transform, values of coefficients of correlation between amplitude spectrum of received signal and amplitude spectra of standard signals are calculated, and basing on maximum coefficient of correlation, code signal received from track circuit is determined. For this purpose use is made of receiver with locomotive coils connected to receiver and decoder made in form of series-connected discrete. Fourier transform unit, unit for calculating coefficients of correlation between amplitude spectrum of received signal and amplitude spectra of standard signals, unit to determine code signal of automatic cab signaling system and indicating unit. Second input of unit to determine code signal of automatic cab signaling is connected to output of unit to determine coordinate of locomotive.

EFFECT: provision of decoding of code signals of continuous-action automatic cab signaling at violation of cyclic synchronization of code combinations which improves safety of traffic.
