Complex comprises series-connected control unit in form of hardware-software device, which includes system unit, keyboard, manipulator and monitor, and control panel, equivalent of locomotive coils, device for connection of locomotive decoder and locomotive amplifier, printer connected by input / output to corresponding output / input of system unit. Control panel has a central processor, a signal shaper, a switch, a scripting scripts database, a memory unit, a USB interface and an analogue-to-digital converter installed in a single housing.

EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of the system with detection of causes of failures of relay equipment.
