SUBSTANCE: method comprises heating pressed water up to 85-95°C, introducing lime in amount of 0.005-0.010% of the juice mass, supplying the water for the electrochemical cleaning, and electrochemical treating of the water by the 5.5-8.1-W/cm DC electric field for one minute.
