FIELD: heating engineering, particularly heat-exchanging and heat-transfer equipment, namely tubular heat transfer modules to be used in water residential building heating systems.
SUBSTANCE: tubular heat transfer module comprises shell and ribbed tubular heat transfer member arranged in the shell. The tubular heat transfer member includes at least one metal pipe and stack of plate-like ribs having washers inserted between the ribs to provide predetermined rib pitch defined by washer thickness. Each washer is made of aluminum and is shaped as rhomb elongated in vertical direction. The rhomb has smoothed corners defined by obtuse angles. The washers are connected to plate-like ribs. Shell has at least two coaxial orifices made in opposite vertical walls thereof. Each plate-like rib and each washer have at least one orifice to receive said pipe so that the pipe passes through orifices, is inserted in plate-like rib stack and connected to washers.
EFFECT: improved heat transfer from pipe to plate-like ribs along with simplified module production.
