FIELD: measuring technique.

SUBSTANCE: moisture meter comprises capacitive primary converter provided with measuring electrode, main and additional potential electrodes mounted inside the shield housing, and high-frequency generator whose main output is connected with the main potential electrode of the capacitive primary converter. The inverse output of the converter is connected with the additional potential electrode. The amperemeter is connected with the measuring electrode of the capacitive primary converter.

EFFECT: enhanced precision.
