SUBSTANCE: the arrangement has the first generator of a high frequency, a measuring circuit, indicators of capacity and active conductivity. The new is usage for measuring of the parameters of the CG-two terminal devices of a converter voltage-current, of the second generator of a high frequency, two voltage multipliers, two filters of low frequencies, two comparators, phase-inverters, D-triggers, an amplitude detector and an integrator.

EFFECT: increases the determinant capability on reactive component of complex conductivity of the CG- two terminal devices.
