SUBSTANCE: correlative device for measuring fluctuation consists of a splitter, highly stable detuning frequency generator, and correlation unit with a display device and two identical channels for signal transformation. The channels contain: mixers; wide-band low-pass filters with bandwidth equal to the required detuning range; narrowband low-pass zonal filters, determining the band for analysing noise Ω=2πΔF; synchronously tuned calibrated attenuators; low-frequency measuring filters; high-frequency synchronously tuned reference frequency generators; clipping amplifiers; frequency-phase detectors; direct current amplifiers. The distinctive feature of the measuring device lies in that, in each channel in front of the low-pass zonal filter there are identical tracking rejection filters, suppressing the carrier differential oscillation at the output of the low-pass filter and twin jacks, in one position of which the outputs of the low-pass zonal filter is connected to the outputs of the rejection filters, and in the other position - directly connected to the outputs of the low-pass filter.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurements.
