FIELD: electrical engineering; snap switches for warning systems and for remote control of machine and mechanism electric drives.
SUBSTANCE: proposed snap switch has base that mounts fixed contacts and movable contacts disposed on contact bridge. Contact bridge is mounted in cross-arm. Operating member made in the form of pusher-and-clamp assembly is connected to movable contacts by means of change-over mechanism that has at least two lever-and-spring assemblies disposed symmetrically relative to operating member axis. External ends of levers and springs are joined together for angular turn relative to one another. External ends of levers abut against base-mounted motion limiters. Internal ends of springs are joined with cross-arm that carries movable contacts for angular turn relative to this cross-arm. Internal ends of levers are secured on operating member for angular turn relative to this member.
EFFECT: reduced size, enhanced vibration and impact stability, operating reliability, and operating precision.
