FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: methods and devices can be used for estimating state of biologically active points of organism and making influence on them with purpose of treatment. According to method of measurement of difference in electric potentials of objects with ion conductivity, object is connected into closed circuit by conductor with ion conductivity. Electric resistance of conductor is changes in time and then conductor is introduced into electromagnet connection with other conductor, which is connected with measuring device. According to method of influence onto electro-conducting object, object is connected with closed circuit by conductor with ion conductivity; conductor is placed into variable adjusted electromagnet field. Device for measuring difference in electric potentials has electrode assembly. Conductor of the assembly is made of electro-insulating material in form of tube. Tube is filled with medium with ion conductivity; ends of tubes are closed by ion-conducting material. Tube is provided with aid being capable of periodical closing of its cross-section. Part of tube is made in form of one winding of transformer and measuring aid is connected with other winding of the transformer. Device for making influence onto electro-conducting objects has electrode assembly, which has conductor made of electro-insulating material in form tube. Tube is filled with ion conducting medium and its ends are closed by ion-conducting material. Part of tube is made in form of one winding of transformer. Ac voltage generator is connected with other winding of transformer. Other device for making influence onto electro-conducting objects has electrode assembly, provided with conductor made of electro-insulating material in form of tube. Tube is provided with aid being capable of closing cross-section periodically and ends of tube are closed by ion-conducting material. Part of tube is made in form of one winding of transformer; other winding of transformer is connected with ac voltage generator. Input of the latter is connected with output of program-setting unit. Input of program-setting unit is connected with measuring device through switch.

EFFECT: improved truth of measurement of biological potential; higher efficiency of influence onto biologically active points of object.
