FIELD: nondestructive check.

SUBSTANCE: device can be used for electromagnet-acoustic diagnostics of electro-conducting materials as well as for contact-free measurement of thickness of object under control or parameters of defect in material of object. Device has synchronizer connected in series with generator power supply, probing pulse oscillator made on base of discharger, electromagnet-acoustic converter, receiving amplifier, analog-to-digital converter, arithmetic-logic unit, indicator, power supply for analog circuits of units of device and object to be diagnosed. Second, third and fourth outputs of synchronizer are connected with second inputs of analog-to-digital converter, of arithmetic-logic unit and of indicator. Fifth output of synchronizer is connected with input analog circuits power supply. Input of synchronizer is connected with second output of oscillator. Device has additionally space metering unit and frequency setting circuit. Input of frequency setting unit is connected with output of space metering unit. Output of frequency measuring circuit is connected with second output of probing pulse oscillator.

EFFECT: improved precision of diagnostics; widened range of diagnostics.
