SUBSTANCE: it is important to study the mixture of the content from middle ear and physiological solution introduced instrumentally through the mouth of auditory tube which should be closed on the moment of mixture sampling. One should sample biological material thrice. The material mentioned should be dried due to dehydration technique to obtain the structure of solid phase to be then studied microscopically. In case of cholesterol crystals one should diagnose cholesteatoma of middle ear. The innovation enables to increase the accuracy of diagnostics, especially at early stages of the disease.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
