FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: pneumatic sieving apparatus has hopper and seed chamber with two sections for seeds of two crops, casing, and vacuum chamber. Seeding disk positioned between hopper and seed box has base with suction openings, layers and three faceplates. First faceplate is provided with suction openings axially aligned with suction openings provided through base. Second faceplate has diameter exceeding that of first faceplate by 2-5 mm, and is bent inward along perimeter by value equal to width of first faceplate and equipped with circumferentially arranged elongated openings. The latter are formed on radius of suction openings provided through first faceplate. Width of elongated openings exceeds diameter of suction openings by 3-5 mm and length constitutes 1/2-1/3 the distance between suction openings provided through first faceplate. Through cuts and bents are provided along perimeter of second faceplate, on radius of first faceplate, opposite gap between elongated openings. Bents are extending perpendicular to faceplate for creating first wall of cell. Cell bottom is delimited by outer surface of first faceplate. Third faceplate is formed as disk having inner diameter exceeding diameter of outer side of elongated openings. Its outer surface has bent extending perpendicular to disk and closing both of first and second faceplates. Third faceplate is also provided with cuts and bents extending along perimeter and adapted for delimiting second wall of cell. Length of cuts constitutes 1/2-2/3 the distance between suction openings of base. First faceplate is equipped with round openings. Base has threaded round openings. Second and third faceplates are provided with elongated openings which may be tightened by means of screws.
EFFECT: increased efficiency by providing variable quantitative ratio of simultaneously sown seeds of two crops and variable moment seed of one crop is sown relative to seed of other crop.
