FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: sealing gasket is designed for pneumatic seeding device comprising a hopper in which the seeds are located which enter the seed chamber, and also a vacuum chamber and a seeding plate mounted between two chambers on a horizontal shaft. The seeding plate consists of a base with suction holes and a cover plate with through cutouts between which the gasket with the ledge in the zone of return of extra seeds is located. In the gasket ledge a wedge-shaped through cutout is made. The lower edge of the cutout is formed by a circular arc with the center on the axis of rotation of the seeding plate, the upper segment is in the form of a spiral which starting end coincides with the center of this circle, and the jumpers which height from the side of the cutout is in the range of 0.11 diameter of the suction hole. In the zone of contacting of the seeding plate cover plate with the gasket on the gasket convex sections the elongated grooves are made uniformly located circumferentially in which the working apertures are made. The diameter of the apertures is given by the width of the grooves. The working apertures are located on the inner and outer circles through 5-30° and filled with anti-friction material.
EFFECT: invention has a low coefficient of friction, low capacity for adhesion, good running-in ability, thermal conductivity and stability of properties.
