FIELD: furniture industry, in particular, manufacture of sitting furniture and parts thereof, in particular, stools.
SUBSTANCE: method involves producing three-dimensional rigid modules for manufacture of stool and securing said modules with one another for forming of stool with upper supporting surface and support with lower supporting surface; defining each of said modules by reservoir comprising enclosure with side walls, bottom, throat, and cavity; forming upper supporting surface of seat by reservoir bottoms, and lower supporting surface of support by reservoir throats; making reservoirs bottle-shaped, can-shaped or cup-shaped; securing reservoirs with each other using flue composition which is delivered between side walls of adjacent reservoirs. Stool has rigid modules which are secured with each other so as to form seat with upper supporting surface and lower supporting surface. Each of said modules is defined by reservoir comprising enclosure with side wall, bottom, throat and cavity. Upper supporting surface of seat is defined by reservoir bottoms, and lower supporting surface of support is defined by throats of reservoirs. Reservoirs are made bottle-shaped, can-shaped or cup-shaped. Reservoirs are secured with each other by means of glue composition delivered into zone between side walls of adjacent reservoirs.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of manufacture process and novel consumer properties of stool.
