SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agents used in treatment and prophylaxis of cardiovascular diseases, for example, heart ischemic disease and can be used as a pharmaceutical preparation. Agent consists of grape kernels extract or pine bark extract with the content of proanthocyanidins 95%, not less, and 96% ethyl alcohol in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: grape kernels extract or pine bark extract, 1.24-2.55, and 96% ethyl alcohol, the balance. Agent possesses antioxidant and direct hypolipidemic effects and can be used in monotherapy and in complex with other cardiovascular preparations.
