FIELD: lubricants.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of lubricants, reversed and direct emulsions, and, in particular, to lubrication emulsion that, due to its stability and whiteness, can be used to lubricate metal and gypsum molds employed in manufacture of decorative white and colored concrete and reinforced-concrete articles. Emulsion is prepared at rotation of a rotor in mixer inclined by up to 45° to horizon using speed 1100-1200 rpm. Emulsion is composed water, 30-50%, oil, 30-50%, lime, 0.5-2%, and hydrophobic chalk, 18-22%. The latter is obtained by hydrophobization of chalk with synthetic fatty acid fraction C17-C20 having whiteness above 90%.
EFFECT: increased stability of emulsion and quality of concrete articles manufactured in the process involving this emulsion, eliminated fat spots on articles, increased their whiteness, and facilitated removal thereof from molds.
