SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method for preparing non-proteinogenic amino acids, such as norleucine and norvaline. Method involves using microorganism belonging to Escherichia genus wherein all acetohydroxyacid synthases are inactivated. Invention provides preparing norleucine and norvaline with the high degree of effectiveness.
